These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to JollyZap ("we", "us", the "Service"): our games, website and the Android and iOS apps. By creating an account or playing, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Who Can Play
You must be at least 13 years old to use JollyZap. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.
Your Account
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person per account. Do not sell, share or transfer accounts.
- Usernames and profile pictures must not be offensive, sexual, hateful, or pretend to be someone else, including JollyZap staff.
Coins Are Not Money
JollyZap coins are a virtual, in-game currency for fun only. They have no real-world value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or cashed out for money, prizes or anything else, and cannot be transferred outside the game. Online matches stake coins only. We may change coin balances, prices and rewards, for example to fix errors or abuse, and coins are lost if an account is deleted or suspended.
Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abuse
JollyZap has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. When using chat, usernames, profile pictures or any other part of the Service, you must not:
- Harass, bully, threaten or intimidate anyone.
- Post hateful, sexual, violent or otherwise objectionable content.
- Share other people's personal information, or ask for theirs.
- Spam, scam, advertise, or impersonate others.
- Cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, or deliberately disrupt matches.
Chat is automatically filtered for offensive words, but filters are not perfect, which is why reporting and blocking exist.
Reporting and Blocking
You can report a player from the Friends panel (the ⋯ menu on a friend, the flag in a chat, or "Report a player") and block anyone so they can no longer contact you. We review reports within 24 hours. When content breaks these Terms we remove it, and we suspend or permanently ban the accounts responsible.
Content You Provide
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store and display it so the Service can work, for example showing your username to other players and delivering your chat messages. We may remove any content that breaks these Terms.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts other players at risk, or misuses the Service. You may stop playing and delete your account at any time from Settings.
The Service Is Provided "As Is"
We work hard to keep JollyZap running and fair, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Games, features and coin balances may change, and matches may sometimes be interrupted. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be shown by updating the "Last updated" date above. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
